October-December Pool Programs
We're pleased to announce our October - December pool schedule. You can find the full calendar on our website; registrations are now open!
Aquafitness classes
$40 for a 5-week session (one class per week) November 18 - December 19. Includes free parking. Options:
- Mondays 8:30-9:30am
- Mondays 9:30-10:30am
- Thursdays 8:30-9:30am
- Thursdays 9:30-10:30am
Register with the Business Office near the main entrance of the hospital.
Aquatic Rehabilitation Classes
$100 for a 6 week session (two classes a week) October 29 - December 5 on Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00-3:00pm. Includes free parking.

Children's Swimming Lessons
$60 for an 8-week session. To register, call 613.525.5671
- Wednesday evenings 4:30-7:30pm October 30 to December 18
- Saturday mornings 8:00am-12:00pm November 23 to January 18, no classes December 28
Public Swims
$5 for adults, $4 for children
- Wednesdays 7:30-9pm starting October 30
- Saturdays 12:30-2:30pm starting November 23
