A Care Champion is someone who embodies compassion, dedication, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference. They go the extra mile to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients, always demonstrating exceptional service, expertise, and empathy.
How does the program work?
We’ve developed a simple process that allows patients, families, and our own Leadership team to recognize these extraordinary Care Champions. You can nominate an individual who has touched your life or witnessed exceptional care firsthand. We want to hear your stories and experiences so we can honour those who make a difference.
