Your voice matters.

At Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital (HGMH), we believe that patients and their families are essential partners in care. That’s why we have a Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC) — a group that works closely with hospital leadership and staff to help improve the patient experience for everyone.

What is PFAC?

The PFAC is a volunteer advisory group made up of recent patients, family members, and caregivers, along with hospital staff. Members meet regularly to provide input and feedback on hospital programs, policies, and practices — all with the goal of improving quality, safety, and the overall care experience.

Why Join PFAC?

Joining the PFAC is a way to lend your voice and perspective in the planning, delivery and evaluation of our hospital programs.

Who Can Join?

We welcome individuals who:

  • Have been a patient or supported a loved one at HGMH
  • Are passionate about improving healthcare
  • Can commit to attending meetings and participating in discussions

We value diversity and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.
