Equipment Donations from the Auxiliary

Equipment Donations from the Auxiliary

The HGMH Auxiliary has purchased a dosimeter to support the Pulmonary Function Test Laboratory. This dosimeter will improve outcomes and safety by reducing cross contamination, improving the accuracy of medication dosages and reducing costs.

The HGMH Auxiliary has recently donated a Chester Chest mannequin to the hospital, which will be used as a learning tool for nursing staff as they practice and improve their skills on working with central and peripherally inserted intravenous catheters. HGMH is pleased to work closely with the Auxiliary and its volunteers to better support the quality of life of staff and patients, and to improve patient outcomes.
