In order to keep the pool area safe and fun for everyone, we at HGMH ask that you follow the POOL RULES:

  • Know that Emergency telephones are located on the west wall.
  • No person infected with a communicable disease or having open sores on his/her body shall enter the pool.
  • No person shall bring a glass container onto the deck or into the pool.
  • No person shall pollute the water in the pool in any manner.
  • Spitting and spouting of water and blowing the nose in the pool or on the deck are prohibited.
  • No person shall engage in boisterous play in or about the pool.
  • No running on the pool deck.
  • Please report any suspicious behaviour or person to the lifeguard or the receptionist.
  • Maximum number of bathers: 30 persons.
  • No food or beverages allowed on the pool deck or in the water.
  • Shoes or boots are forbidden on the deck.
  • Profanity will not be tolerated.
  • All participants must shower with soap before entering pool!
  • Water shoes/pool shoes are allowed and encouraged.
  • Do not exit pool area into the lobby while you are still wet!
  • Also please note:
  • Swimmers 0-8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
  • Swimmers 9-12 years of age must have adult supervision on deck.
  • Swimmers 13-17 years of age must be signed in with an emergency contact, if they are left alone at the pool.
