Annual Reports

Strategic Directions

HGMH prepares a strategic plan entitled "Strategic Directions" that provides overall guidance over a period of time.  The plan currently in use covers the period from 2016-2019.

Accessibility Plan

Hospital policies required under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (2005) / Customer Service Standards are available upon request.

Green Energy Act


Telehealth Ontario is a free, confidential telephone service you can call to get health advice or general health information from a Registered Nurse. The service provides round-the-clock access, to a qualified health professional. It can help you decide whether to care for yourself, make an appointment with your doctor, go to a clinic, contact a community service or go to a hospital emergency room.
